VAIDEN - Services for Margaret G. Anderson, 89, of Jackson, formerly of Vaiden, who died of heart failure Thursday, March 21, 2002, at Lakeland Health Care Center in Jackson, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shongalo Presbyterian Church in Vaiden.
Mrs. Anderson was a retired retail merchant, a former insurance agent and a former teacher. She was a graduate of Belhaven College. She was a member of Shongalo Presbyterian Church. She was also a member of Order of Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon F. Anderson.
She is survived by two sisters, Marion G. Griffin of Vaiden and Gertrude G. Coleman of Starkville.
Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at the church.
The Rev. Toby Yelverton will officiate at the services.
Pallbearers will be Marion Jones, Joe Don Jones, Ken McDougal, Charles Ellis, Dell Lee and Roy Eddins.
Burial will be in Vaiden Cemetery.
