Bobby was born on November 22, 1933 to the late J.J. and Adele Green. Bobby proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He lived in Ocilla, Georgia, before marrying the love of his life, and moved to Macon nearly 60 years ago. He was the definition of a hard worker, and worked the majority of his life at Armstrong Industries. Over the course of a 40 year career, Mr. Green only missed two days of work. He was a devoted husband, who cherished and supported his family with anything they may need. After his retirement, Mr. Green worked part time for Auto Air of Macon. To say he was a hard worker, would be a understatement. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, watching westerns, and when he was able, working in his yard. He was by far his happiest when he was spending time with his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed joking with them and making them laugh. Mr. Green was a member of Gateway Fellowship Church of God. He was an honest upstanding man of few words, but when he spoke everyone listened. His dedicated hard working spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr. Green was preceded in death by his parents, as well as three brothers, one sister, and a daughter; Cynthia Teresa Green,
