Annie Laura was known as Laura to her friends and family.
She married Elias Andrew Adams February 27, 1907. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.

Laura lived in both Kaysville and Layton, UT growing up. While living in Layton, she traveled and helped Mrs. Nickols, a mid-wife. She would sometimes stay with the new mother and work for the family until the mother was able to take care of her new baby and family.

Laura had two sons while living in Layton. Evan Andrew and Alma James. She came to Grace on the train with her two sons (ages one and two at the time), while Andrew and a friend came in a wagon. They came to visit Andrew's brother, Hyrum Rufus, and decided to stay. Their third child, Selma Caroline, was born in Grace.

Laura worked in the Primary organization and was secretary for 12 years. For many years she was an active member in the H.Y.N. Club.

Funeral services were held June 21, 1968 at the Bannock Stake House. She was laid to rest in the Grace Cemetery.
