WESTON - Lula A. Chapman, 89, of Weston, formerly of Gassaway, died Dec. 2, 1998, in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
She was a homemaker and member of Gassaway United Methodist Church, Gassaway Woman's Club and Elk Valley Extension Homemakers.
Service will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway, with the Rev. Stephen J. White officiating. Burial will be in Bealls Mill Cemetery, Gassaway. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
