Helen Griffith Tillett, 80, of the 100 block of Old School House Road, the beloved wife of Alfred ''Dad'' Tillett who she loved and cared for for 62 years, died Friday, Feb. 20, 1998, at 1:05 p.m. in Norfolk Sentara Hospital.Mrs. Tillett was born in Washington, D.C. and was a homemaker and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She was a charter member of the Unity chapter No. 112 Camp Spring, Md., Order of the Eastern Star. She was a Worthy Past Matron.
