Miles Funeral Home in Hazlehurst announces the graveside service for Ann Griner Bridges, age 79, of Hazlehurst, who passed away Sunday, December 04, 2016. Services will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, December 07, 2016 in the Hazlehurst Memorial Cemetery.
Rev. Deek Dubberly will officiate and a eulogy will be given by Ashley Ricketson. Mrs. Bridges was born in Charleston, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late John Marcus Bridges & Ollie Marie Fish Bridges. Mrs. Bridges was a retired nurse and was a member of the Southside Baptist Church.
Survivors include daughters, Mary Lesia Waters & Laurie Ann Bridges both of Hazlehurst, sons, Tony Garrett (Gary) Bridges of Broxton & John Daniel Bridges of Aiken, South Carolina, sisters, Martha Dixon of Blackshear, Linda Day of Broxton & Kay Griner of Jacksonville, FL, brother, Mark Griner of Jonesboro, six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces & nephews also survive.
Visitation will be 12-1 pm Wednesday, December 07, 2016 at Miles Funeral Home 242 Uvalda Highway, Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539.
