Evelyn J. Bittner , 73, went home to be with her parents, Everett and Rozella Guinn and her brothers and sister on Dec. 17, 2001.
Mrs. Bittner was born in Cuyahoga Falls and had resided in Tallmadge the past 37 years moving there from Stow. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallmadge.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Robert M. Sr; sons, Robert Jr. and his wife Barb, Lyle (John) and his fiancee, Julie Longstreth, Joel (Todd) and his wife Ginny and Leonard and his wife Linda; daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Don Rosser, Laura and Chuck Smith and Margaret and Brad Lockhart; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Gerald (Beverly) Guinn, Milton Guinn and Lyle (Violet) Guinn; sisters, Hennrietta Cook and Donna (Mel) Stockman and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, at The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls where a funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
