Carol (Jeannie) Daul, 71, Algoma died unexpectedly at home, Sunday Oct. 23, 2005. She was born July 21, 1934 in Algoma to the late Julius and Leona (Holdorf) Hafeman Sr. Jeannie graduated from St. Paul's Grade School and was also confirmed there. She never attended high school to stay at home and take care of her parents. Jeannie married Norbert Daul in Dubuque, Iowa on July 12, 1951. She worked at the Algoma Plywood and as a waitress for various resturants. Jeannie then stayed at home to raise her
children.

She loved being a grandmother and great grandmother. Her hobbies include crocheting, sewing, doing crafts, shopping and spending time with her family. She was a member of the VFW Womens Auxillary #7152.

She wis survived by her husband Norb, her children Dean (Cheryl) Daul, Algoma; Lori (Thomas) Maassen, Eau Claire; Debra (Michael) Boucher, Algoma; and Patti Polencheck, Belgium, WI; grandchildren Donald (Brenda) Daul, David (Kathy) Daul, Kimberly (fiance Russell Nocherts) Daul; Trevor, Alyssa and Jenna Maassen; Joseph and Micaela Boucher; Ashley, Katie, Matthew Clark & Heather Diaz; great grandchildren Savanna Daul, Noel Daul, Issabella and Lillianna Diaz; one brother Julius (Marion) Hafeman Jr., Algomna; one
sister Elizabeth (Betty) Flavion, Algoma; brothers and sisters-in-law, Violet Hafeman, Gerald (June) Holtz, Arlene Daul, Arlene Rohr, Alice Zimmerman and Patrick (Elaine) Daul and many nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death by daughter Julie Lynn Daul, parents, father and mother-in-law Arthur and Helen Daul, her siblings and spouses Mabel Geitner, Helen (Joseph) Stangel, Harold (Helen) Hafeman, Sylvester Hafeman, Margaret (Gordon) Mueller, Leona Holtz, Virgil (Violet) Hafeman, Bill Flavion, Betty (Joseph) DeNamur and Myron Daul.

Friends may gather at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma, Tues. Oct.
25, 2005 from 4 to 8 pm and after 10 am Wed. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church
until time of services at 11 am with Rev. Roy Beyer officiating. Prayer service 8 pm Tues. at the funeral home. Burial in the church cemetery.
