He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hagerman of Waynesboro; his father, Jerry Hagerman and his mother, Linda Hagerman, both of Gretna; his birth mother, Katie Welsh of Bluefield, West Virginia; a grandmother, Hazel Wright of Bluefield, West Virginia; two brothers, Kenny Hagerman and his wife, Raquel, of Bakersfield, California, and Danny Dash of Gretna; four nephews, Jacob Hagerman, Hyatt Hagerman, Baron Dash and Jeremy Dash; one niece, Samantha Hagerman; and his best friend, Cody Almond.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Crossroads Baptist Church in Fishersville, with the Pastor Bill Johnson presiding.
