George Hagman Sr.

DALLAS — George F. Hagman Sr., 85, died of natural causes in Medical City Hospital, Dallas, Texas, on June 19,1986.

A lifelong resident of Galveston, he had been residing in Dallas since the demise of his wife Ruth on Aug. 11,1984. Mr. Hagman was past president and auditor of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries 48. He was employed by the Santa Fe Railway Co. for 46 years, 9 months and one week.

He is survived by his son, George Jr.; daughter-in-law, Mildred; grandchildren Linda and George III; and seven great-grandchildren.

Services will be at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Saturday. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at Malloy & Son Funeral Home.

Burial will follow services Saturday at Galveston Memorial Park in
Hitchcock. Father Conan Taylor will officiate at the service, rosary and burial.

Visitors may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
