Father: Andrew Townsend bap. 3 Jan 1747
Mother: Sarah Pecker b. 2 Oct 1748

Although Dover was a settlement for the Hall family, this family home was at 12 Dover St, Cambridge.

It appears that Andrew and Sarah only had two children and Sarah died (1775-1779 prob bur at South End). Andrew remarried 17 Aug 1780 to Eunice Ballard.

St Paul's church acquired the cemetery "near the Arlington line", which eventually became within the boundaries of Arlington; and was considered "one of Boston's oldest churches". This area was West Cambridge, which became Arlington.
