Doris D. Grantham, age 81 of Gallatin, passed away March 6, 2014. Funeral Service will be Sunday, March 9th at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home with Brother James Gill officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memory Gardens with Nathan Mitchell Pryor, Troy Pryor, Jonathan Gray, John R. Doss, Terry Pryor and Carl Johnson serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Saturday, March 8th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 9th from 12:00 noon until time of service. Mrs. Grantham was born November 18, 1932 in Sumner County, TN, daughter of the late Floyd and Myrtle Hall Pryor. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hendy Grantham; son, John Grantham; brothers, Nathan Pryor, Wayne Pryor, Harold Pryor, Allen Pryor and Phillip Pryor; sisters, Ruth Doss and Ruby Jackson. She is survived by sons, Jim Grantham and David Grantham (Debbie) of Gallatin; daughter, Mary Blankenship (Lester) of Gallatin; sister, Freeda Hudson of Columbia and Ezma Gray of Portland; grandchildren, Allen Blankenship and Tyler Garner. Mrs. Grantham retired from the Sumner County School Systems
