It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Alice Clare Fraser on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in Sydney Mines on July 25, 1964, Clare was the daughter of the late Thomas and Roseann Hall.

Left to mourn her passing is her loving husband, Rene Fraser; her sisters, Bernadette Schofield (Tubby), Sydney Mines, Catherine McArthur (John), P.E.I., Theresa Ann Stewart (David), Morinville, Alta., Rizzie (Rose) Stewart (Corrie), Maureen (Joe Boutilier), Edna MacDonald (Wayne), all of Sydney Mines. She is also survived by her brothers, Gerald, Calgary, Paddy (Pamela) and John Wilson, both of Sydney Mines. Clare is survived by many nieces and nephews. ‘Auntie' will be especially missed by her niece Beth and nephew TJ Hall, who held a special place in her heart.
Besides her parents, Clare was predeceased by her brothers, Gregory and John Pius (in infancy), her sister, Patrice MacKeigan, her nephew, Brian Schofield and her mother-in-law, Eleanor Fraser.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Clare's memory may be made to the Haley Street Centre or a charity of one's choice.
The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never, never leave you during your times of trial and sufferings. When you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
