The Rev. William M. Mace, Jr., of Tinley Park United Methodist church will officiate at 3 pm. in Hirsch Memorial chapel. Burial will be tomorrow in Lacon cemetery, Lacon, Ill. Friends may call at the chapel from 1 to 6 p.m. today.
Mrs. Carter was born February 14, 1898, in Streator, Ill., and had lived in the area two years.
She is survived by two sons, Jack Hanley of Tinley Park and Frank Hanley of Antioch, Ill.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, and three sisters, Fern Leipold, Helen Golden and Edyth Jones.

Funeral services will be held today for Mrs. Eva Mae Carter, 7330 Sandelwood Drive, were held May 19 from the Hirsch Memorial chapel with the Rev. William M. Mace, Jr. officiating.
Mrs. Carter died May 16 at Little Company of Mary hospital in Evergreen Park. She was born Feb. 14, 1898 in Streator, Ill.
Survivors include two sons, Jack Hanley of Tinley Park and Frank Hanley of Antioch, Ill.; three sisters, Fern Leipold, Helen Golden and Edyth Jones; three grandchildren; Ed Hanley, Jack Hanley and Jerry Hanley and three great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Carter was prceded in death by her husbands, Dr. Ross M. Carter of Tucson, Airiz. and Frank J. Hanley, Sr.
