Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.
She died Friday, Aug. 28, 1998, in Methodist Hospital.
She was born Feb. 2, 1927, in Lubbock. She married Douglas G. Adams in Lubbock. He died Nov. 27, 1988. She married Glen Hill in Lubbock in 1994. He died in 1997. She was a member of the Church of Christ, St. Mary Junior Volunteers and St. Mary Rosebuds.
She was a homemaker. A daughter, Kathy Rucker, died in 1976.
Survivors include a daughter, Serena Elmore of Tokio; three sisters, Doris Carter of Gainesville, Marie Porsch of Tyler and Joyce Lowrey of Mason; four stepsons; three grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
