Delbert L. Haught, 83, of Wilbur, died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital.

He was born near Iuka in Tyler County, a son of the late Jasper and Elizabeth Arnett Haught. He was a retired farmer.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Leota Gibson Haught, a son and a daughter.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Shields Haught; seven sons, Ermal, of Toronto, Ohio, Claude, Perry and Ray, of Wilbur, Thomas of Chester, Denver and James of Dorset, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Opal Wilcox of Wellsburg, Mrs. Virginia Hickman and Mrs. Wanda Keys of West Union, and Mrs. Melba Ash of Alvy and Mrs. Hazel Friend of Akron, Ohio; a brother, Newton, of Coatsville, Pa.; four sisters, Mrs. Bernice White of Enterprise, Mrs. Eisle Rewand of Ida May, Mrs. Gladys Sagner of Coatsville, Pa., and Mrs. Mamie Nolan of Ohio; 34 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Furbee Funeral Home in Alma, W.Va., with the Rev. Louise Backer officiating. Burial will be in the Beechwood Cemetery at Alma.
