Beckley, Etta June Haught, 101, died Sunday, December 02, 2007 at her residence.

Etta was born June 7, 1906 in Burchfield, WV the daughter of the late James A. and Mary Jane Sole Haught.

She was a minister's wife, retired teacher of forty-three years and taught in Wetzel, Harrison and Tyler Counties, member of Paden City Happy Timers Senior Citizens, lifetime member of the WV Retired Teachers Association, and member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warden W. Beckley; twelve siblings, Clarence Haught, Dora Haught-Brown, Dessie Haught-Frye, Ross Haught, Pearl Haught-Kiger, Ada Haught-Wood, Ala Haught-Thursby, Harvey Haught, Howard Haught, Susie Haught-Higginbotham, Woodrow Haught and Carl Haught.

Surviving are many nieces and nephews; step-grandson, Galen Beckley and his wife, Judy of Washington Lands, WV; four step-great grandchildren, three step-great great grandchildren.

Friends received 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, December 4, 2007, Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church with Rev. Darrel Gooden officiating.

Interment Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
