Rosalie Goffinet, 81, passed away Tuesday June 28, 2011 at Golden Living Center Lincoln Hills. She was born February 5, 1930 in Perry County daughter of the late Andrew and Edith (Leistner) Hempfling. Also preceding her in death was her daughter in infancy Mary Ruth, sisters, Lorene Williams, Eva Lee Hempfling, Mary Herrman and Elenora Stout, brothers, John, Robert, Andrew, Frank and Victor Hempfling. Rosalie was united in marriage to Raymond "Hot Shot" Goffinet in Tell City on May 2, 1970. Raymond passed away February 27, 2011. A homemaker, she was member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. Rosalie enjoyed watching television. She is survived by a sister-in-law that cared for her, Martha Genet, Leopold, and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:00 AM Friday, July 1, 2011 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Aaron Pfaff will officiate. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.
