MARY E. WEST

Mrs. Mary Edna West, 67, of Lawrenceville died at 4:05 p.m. Monday at the East Liverpool Extended Care Center following a three-month illness.

She was born March 31, 1917, in Wileyville, W. Va., a daughter of Tillie Postlewait Henderson of St. Marys, W. Va., and the late Franklin V. Henderson.

She was a finisher with 32 years' service when she retired in 1979 from Anchor Hocking Corp.

She was a member of the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ and the International Brotherhood of Pottery and Allied Workers.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Archie H. West, at home; a son, D. Gene West of Fairmont, W.Va.; a daughter, Kathy West of Cleveland; two brothers, Kenneth R. Henderson of St. Marys and W. Stacy Henderson of Paden City; and a sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Pansy) Carter of Pownal, Maine.

Services are to be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Arner Funeral Chapel with Frank Higginbotham, minister, officiating.

A committal service is to be held at 1 p.m. at Northview Cemetery in New Martinsville.

Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
