She graduated from Potterville High School in 1983. She married Terry Ackley and they resided in Potterville.
Emilee worked as a cashier and manager for Carl's Supermarket. She enjoyed baking Auntie Em's Baked Goods for Carl's Market and loved to cook for everybody.
She enjoyed camping at Yankee Springs, St. Ignace, Gun Lake and anywhere you could find a campsite. She was most proud of her children. Her favorite time of year was the Christmas season. She will be remembered by her family for her constant smile and infectious laughter.
Emilee is survived by her husband Terry; daughter, Lenna Salisbury; 2 sons - Jonathon Salisbury, Patrick Salisbury; and brother Gerald Hoag of Lyons, MI.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Donald and Patricia Hoag and her brother Donald Hoag, Jr.
Service was Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at the Potterville United Methodist Church, Potterville, Michigan, with Pastor Lynn Stull-Lipps officiating.
