MRS. WILLIAM P. BALL

ALMA—The funeral for Mrs. Helen Ball, 81, McFarland, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hasenbank and LaMar Funeral Home, Alma. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Brookville Kan., Cemetery.

Mrs. Ball died Wednesday at a Topeka hospital.

She was born April 5, 1897, north of Brookville. She attended Salina High School and Salina Business College. She had lived in Wichita, Pratt and Caldwell before moving to McFarland in 1937. She had worked at Pelletier's in Topeka.

Surviving are her husband, William; three daughters, Mrs. Trudie Bay, Carson City, Nev.; Mrs. Geneva Heiman, Durango, Colo., and Mrs. Gloria Tefft, Rolla, Mo.; three sons, John K., Mission Viejo, Calif.; Robert E., Manhattan, and Walter N., DeKalb, Ill.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Memorials can be made to the Heart Fund.
