BLENKER — Mrs. M a r y
Aschenbrenner, 87, a former
Blenker resident, died at 11:50
p.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's
Nursing Home in Hillsboro.
A concelebrated mass will be
conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday
in St. Killian's Catholic Church,
Blenker, with a son, the Rev.
Raymond Aschenbrenner, officiating.
Burial will be in the parish
cemetery.
Mrs. Aschenbrenner, the former
Mary Hoffman, was born
Aug. 1, 1881, in the town of
Milladore and married Ignatz
Aschenbrenner June 26, 1900, in
Blenker. After their marriage,
they farmed in the town of Milladore
until retiring in 1943
when they moved to this village.
Mr. Aschenbrenner died
March 4, 1964.
Survivors include three sons,
Andrew, Minneapolis; Edward,
Rt. 1, Milladore, and the Rev.
Raymond Aschenbrenner, Oak
Park, Ill.; four daughters, Sister
Mary Jordan, Madison; Sister
Mary Isnard, Little Chute;
Sister Mary Anne, Tomah, and
Mrs. Clem Tauschek, Rt. 1, Milladore;
three sisters, Mrs.
James Fanning and Mrs. Richard
Jones, Pasco, Wash., and
Mrs. Sam Bayliss, E u g e n e ,
Ore.; a brother, Joseph Hoffman,
Oregon City, Ore.; 10
grandchildren and nine greatgrand-
children. Friends may c a l l at the
Rembs Chapel in Marshfield until
9 a.m. Saturday, then at
the church at 9:30 a.m.
