Debra Ann Holiday, 55, of Summerfield passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2015, in Summerfield. Debra Ann Holiday was a native of Miami, Florida and moved to this area from Miami in 1975. Throughout her life she did many things: she was an office manager for Holiday Air and Heat, wrote and produced her own CD, owned a florist, was an event specialist, past president of Lake Weir High School Band Booster, coordinated the annual Holiday Christmas drive through, and was an inspiration and ministered to others fighting similar battles. In all of these things, her passion was leading others to Christ. Survivors include Les Holiday, Jr. of Belleview; her children Michelle Shideler of Lady Lake, Michael Muffett of Silver Springs, Marlana Spaulding of Wildwood; step children Robert Holiday of Fruitland Park; Jonathan Holiday of Leesburg; father and step mother Rev. Lamar and Rita McCullough of Summerfield; siblings Vera Sandiford of Ocala, Karen Blair of Belfry, MT, Pastor Danny and Sue McCullough of Summerfield and 14 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Janie Vee McCullough. The funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Church of Grace, 7045 East Highway 25.
