Paula Holt Bates, 72 of Princeton, KY passed away Monday, March 14 at her home. She was a member of Cedar Bluff Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was a member of the Caldwell County Homemakers with perfect attendance for 49 years.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Bates, one daughter, Shanna Williams and husband, Daniel, Cadiz, KY, two sons, Mike Bates and wife, Pam, Princeton, KY and David Bates and wife, Jamie, Princeton, KY, five grandchildren: Lindsay Bates, David "Bubby" Bates, Jr., Candius Turpin, Brandon McCoy and Trever Williams, two great grandchildren, Unique Bates and Makenzey Turpin, one brother, Benny Holt, Princeton, KY, sister-in-law, Linda Birdsong and husband, Bobby, Lyon County, KY, nephew, Kevin Birdsong, niece, Benita Holt and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Barber and Vida Peek Holt.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday at Morgan's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Morgan's with Rev. Mark Faughn officiating with burial to follow Cedar Hill Cemetery.
