Elvis Leslie Hubbell was born on December 26, 1923, in Meeker, Oklahoma, and departed this life on Sunday, January 15, 2017, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, at the age of 93.

Elvis, the son of Elwin and Nettie (Gallaway) Hubbell, was a resident of Meeker. He graduated high school at Meeker, where he spent his life as a rancher. Elvis was a longtime member of the Meeker First Christian Church and he was active in the Masonic Lodge. He was a coin collector and enjoyed taking his horse and buggy to parades. Although they never married, Elvis enjoyed a longtime relationship with his girlfriend Louise.

Elvis' parents preceded him in death.

Survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Delbert and Joan Hubbell of Meeker, Edsel and Norma Hubbell of Wichita, KS, and JC Hubbell of Meeker; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and Paul Graham of Moore; nieces and nephews, Johnny Hubbell, his wife Candi and daughter Brayden Hubbell, Jina Hubbell-Becker, her husband Mike and children Tyler and Brittney, Peggy Cullison, her husband Randy and daughter Melissa, Karen Fowler, her husband Eddie and daughters Melody and Heather, Betty Wright, her husband Garey and son Darin, Vicki Anthony and her husband Pat and children Tiffany and Aaron, Carol Massey and sons Nicholas, Jerrod and Chris, Margaret Hubbell and son Brad, Brett Graham and Lisa Graham and other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM, at First Christian Church in Meeker with Jim Whorton officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
