Services for Charlene Hudson, 52, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Calvary Christian Church in Yucaipa. She died of congestive heart failure Sunday at Redlands Community Hospital.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont.
Interment will be in Desert Lawn Cemetery in Calimesa.
Mrs. Hudson, who was born in Tulsa, Okla., lived in Yucaipa for eight years. She worked for Redlands-based Mission Aviation Fellowship for 29 years. The nonprofit group provides relief, education and missionary aid in remote areas in 36 countries.
She started as a receptionist with the organization in 1969 in Fullerton. The headquarters later relocated to Redlands. She left in 1973 and returned in 1975 as senior secretary in the office that oversaw Latin American programs. She became travel coordinator in 1986 then in 1989 joined office services as a senior typist.
She was a member of Calvary Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony; a stepdaughter, Cindie of Chesapeake, Va.; and a sister, Joanne Elling of Orange Park, Fla.
