Clarence "Duke" Hudson, 67, of 1207 Almond St. died Monday at his home after a brief illness.
Mr. Hudson was a life resident of Syracuse. He was a former employee at R.E. Deitz Co. and Sawmiller Fuel Co., and also worked in construction. Mr. Hudson was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
Surviving are a son, Jeffrey of Syracuse; two sisters, Annabell Jones and Mary Hudson, both of Syracuse; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Garland Bros. Funeral Home, the Rev. Jimmie J. Smiley officiating. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 143 W. Castle St.
