CLIFTON FORGE, Va. - Anna Laura Gregory Hull, 91, formerly of Okolona, Thursday, August 21, 2008 at Woodlands Nursing Home in Clifton Forge, Va., where she had been a resident of the past 11 years. She was born Aug. 9, 1917, to Mattie and Marshall Gregory of Attala County. She earned her master of arts degree in art education from the University of Mississippi. She was a teacher in Morgan City, Merigold and Okolona.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today in Oddfellows Cemetery with Bro. Sammy Raper officiating.

In the event of rain, there will be a chapel service at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Lee Memorial Funeral Home of Verona is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her children, Dr. James G. Hull of Clifton Forge, Va., Martha Bennett of Naples, Fla., Mary Gilkes of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Henry Hull of Soap Lake, Wash.; four grandchildren, Luncinda Hull of Silver Springs, Colo., Robert Hull of Roanoke, Va., Geoffrey Gilkes of Chicago and Marshall Gilkes of Brooklyn, N.Y.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Carlton Hull.
