Hattie Agnes Cibula, 106, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama with Father Michael Mescher as celebrant. Interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery in rural Toledo. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Jan. 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Funeral Home in Tama where there will be a Vigil Service at 6 p.m. followed by the Rosary.
Survivors include three daughters, Bernadette Hlas of Tama, Maxine Upah of Toledo and Kathleen (John) Runyan of Urbandale; 19 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, John; one sister, Anna Dvorak; one brother, William Husak; and two sons-in-law, Philip Hlas and Donald Upah.
