He was a retired custodian for McMinn Central High School, and was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Amos and Addie Ethel Huskey; three sisters; and six brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Sue Huskey; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Denia and James Mark Sutton of Madisonville, and Tammy and Brian Haney, Laura and Danny Townsend and Valerie Hunt, all of Englewood; eight grandchildren, Lee and Justen Hattery, Billy Sutton, Jack, Troy and Katrena Hunt and Travis and Dalton Townsend; one sister, Loney Thompson of Sweetwater; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Biereley-Hale Funeral Home with the Rev. Rev. Frank Kincannon and the Rev. Allen Watson officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Land's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
