Mrs. Thelma Fleming, wife of Howard C. Fleming of 423 Ann St., died this morning at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following a long illness.
She was born in Parkersburg, Sept. 29, 1903 the daughter of S.W. and Captolia sic Drain Jackson. She was a member of the Methodist church and the V.F.W. Auxiliary.
Survivors include her husband; her parents; one daughter, Mrs. Wesley Cable of Tulsa, Okla.; one son, T-Sgt. Howard C. Fleming Jr. of Great Lakes, Ill.; four grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Lucy Kiser of Troy, O., Mrs. Geraldine Smith of Parkersburg and Mrs. Blanche Johnson also of this city.
The body was removed to the Vaughan Funeral Home. Arrangements are incomplete pending arrival of her son.

Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Fleming, wife of Howard C. Fleming, of 423 Ann St., who died Thursday morning at the Camden - Clark Memorial hospital, will be held today at 2:30 p.m. at the South Parkersburg Baptist church, with the Rev. James L. Kepp, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet cemetery. The body will remain at the Vaughan funeral home until one hour prior to the services when it will be taken to the church to lie in state.
