Mrs. Axton, wife of the late Delmar B. Axton, was born in Greenville, GA the daughter of the late Otis Marshall Jackson and Ida Eulalia Helms Jackson. Living in Macon the past seventy years, she was a homemaker and a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons, Delmar B. (Beverly) Axton, Jr. of Byron and Wayne Axton, Sr. of Macon; her sister, Florence J. Coppock of Macon; her grandchildren, Sandy Pitts and Tracy Axton of Byron, Robby Axton of Warner Robin, Paige Agistolis of Atlanta, Amy Woodall of Macon and Wayne Axton, Jr. of Lizella; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Tori, Kayla, Chase, Cole, Cierra, Aubrey, Tyler and Carley; several nieces and nephews.
