Mrs. Sarah Blay died at her home, 201 Locust street at 1 o'clock this morning, aged eighty-three years. Death was the result of a general breaking down of her constitution, she having been sick but a few days. Mrs. Blay had resided in Janesville upwards of thirty years, coming to this city from Pennsylvania, five years after the death of her husband. She was a devout christian lady, although she was not actively identified with church work.
