Lillie, of Port Arthur, passed away Wednesday at Harbor Hospice House. She was born to Israel Joe, Jr. and Pecola Payton Joe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Barnes, Sr.; brother, James Joe, Sr; and granddaughter, Lindsey Barnes. She is survived by her daughter, Dolores DeBlanc (Don); two sons, Joseph Barnes, Jr. (Lisa), and Kevin Barnes (Jacqueline); seven grandchildren; David DeBlanc, Darrell DeBlanc, Lacey, Jordan, Joshua, Joseph III Barnes and Kaleb Barnes and three great grandchildren, Christopher, Sidney, and Spencer DeBlanc.
