MACON - Mrs. Luna Mae Conner passed away October 12 in a local nursing home. Mrs. Conner was the daughter of the late Robert Ivey Jones and Ada Ollie Ellis of Jeffersonville. A lifelong resident of Macon, Mrs. Conner married General Wesley Conner of Jeffersonville. She retired from the Macon Shirt Company in 1975 with 32 years of service. Mrs. Conner was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Ayers Road Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Services are scheduled for Monday, October 15 11A.M. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will accept flowers at the funeral home.
Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
