Jennifer Renee' Jones-Chambless was surrounded by family and friends as she departed her earthly on March 1, 2010.

As a child Jennifer learned an appreciation for music by listening with her father George, who gave her the nickname "Bennie". She and her brothers were affectionately known as "Bennie and the JETT's".

Jennifer graduated from Englewood Senior High School in 1992. She continued her education receiving a degree in Electrical Eningeering at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. As a student at Florida State, she was a member of the Marching Chiefs playing Clarinet. While attending Florida State University she met another student, Tavares Chambless who would later become her husband.

In 1999 Jennifer and Tavares were united in holy matrimony in Jacksonville, Fl. and established their home in Atlanta, Ga. In her years in Atlanta, she and her husband had two children, Thomas and Nicholas whom she loved endlessly.

She also enjoyed a successful professional career as a Programmer Analyst at companies in the Atlanta area.

Cherishing memories of Jennifer are her loving husband Tavares, two sons, Thomas and Nicholas; father George Jones and mother Thomasina Jones both of Jacksonville, Fl; three brothers, Eric (Georgette) Jones and Terrance (Rosalind) Jones of Jacksonville, Fl, Troy (Phenessa) Jones of Lehigh Acres, Fl; loving Torree White of Jacksonville, Fl; aunts, Gloria Wootson and Paulette Wise of Jacksonville, Fl; uncle, Earl Williams of Jacksonville, Fl; God-children, Nyjel and Noah Ashley of Miami, Fl; special friends Debbie Ashley of Miami, Fl and Cheryn Davenport of Tampa, Fl and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2010, 11:00 AM, at Davis-Struempf Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Kennesaw Memorial Park, Marietta.
