CHICKAMAUGA, GA -- Thomas "Tommy" Jones, 59, departed this life Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
He was born in Fort Payne, Ala., to the late James Thomas and Dovie Jones, and was preceded in death by his siblings, Annette, Margaret, and Max Jones. Tom my was a member of Noble Church of God, and retired from Crystal Springs after 15 years of service.
Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years, Frances Jones, of Chickamauga; sister, Brenda Richardson, of Roanoke, Ala.; and two nieces.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel with the Rev. Henry Hampton and the Rev. Dennis Chambers officiating.
Interment will follow in Center Point Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends after 3 p.m. today, all day Thursday, and prior to the service Friday.
Arrangements are by the Chickamauga Chapel of Wilson Funeral Homes, Chickamauga, Ga.
