Mrs. Brown, a native of Dodge County, had lived in Macon 30 years a was a member of Church of Prophecy.
Survivors include three sons, the Rev. Joseph M. Brown of Savannah, George E. Brown Sr. of Americus and James R. Brown of Macon; three daughters, Mrs. Vera Spivey and Mrs. Pearl Amerson both of Macon, and Mrs. Roby Patrick of Albany; two brothers, Calvin Jones of Eastman and Melton Jones of Griffin; seven sisters, Mrs. Vidalia Hutto of Fitzgerald, Miss Mamie Jones, Mrs. Jo Annie May, Mrs. Riller Rummage and Mrs Stella Loyd, all of Eastman, Mrs. Bertha Hughey of Macon and Mrs. Mary Ella Brown of Barnesville.
