PEORIA - Mary E. Bainbridge, 76, Peoria, died at 1:06 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria.
She was born Nov. 10, 1934, in Galesburg, the daughter of Leo and Lois (Miles) Jordan. She married Donald Bainbridge on Oct. 3,1953, in Cambridge. He preceded her in death August 1994 in Peoria. She also was preceded in death by one daughter, Marianne Patricia Howell, and two sisters, Margaret Sperlin and Patricia Mellican.
Mary is survived by one son, Mark Daniel (Olga) Bainbridge of Shannon, and two daughters, Michelle Marie Clifton of Washington and Melissa Lee (Kirk) Fulton of Bartonville. There are 15 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren surviving also. Two brothers are living, Miles Jordan and David (Nancy) Jordan, both of Monticello, Ind.
She was a member of St. Monica's Catholic Church in East Peoria and St. Monica's Womens Guild.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, at St. Monica's Catholic Church in East Peoria. Father James Kruse will officiate. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Davison Fulton Woodland Chapel and 30 minutes before service at the church Saturday. Entombment will be in Resurrection Mausoleum in Peoria. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society .
