Martha P. Boekeloo, 97, of Hennepin died Aug. 22, 2012, in St. Margaret's Hospital, Spring Valley.

Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Sept. 6 in Dysart-Cofoid Funeral Chapel, Granville. Cremation rites have been accorded. Interment of remains will be at 11 a.m. Sept. 8 at Skyline Memorial Park, Monee.

Martha was born Aug. 8, 1915, in Halls, Tenn., to Maurice Thomas and Molly Malissa (Powell) Jordan.

She married Fred Boekeloo and was a homemaker.

Survivors are one son, Jerry (Dianne) Boekeloo of Hennepin; two daughters, Darlene (Scott) Abbot of New Baltimore, Mich., and Barbara Gibson of Cripple Creek, Colo.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and one sister, Margaret Lee of Dyersburg, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1998; four brothers and three sisters.

In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to St. Jude.
