She was the daughter of the late Francis P. and Ruth Brown Kavanagh of West Grove, PA. She graduated from St. Agnes High School, West Chester, PA Class of 1949.
Pat worked at Conard and Pyle, National Bank of West Grove, University of North Carolina and Hickory Hill Store.
She was a member of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in West Grove, PA.
She adored her family, especially her grandchildren along with her farm animals.
In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Sonya Lynn at home; Sharon Hall and her husband, Steve of Rockville, MD; two grandchildren, Stacie and Jonathan; one brother, Edward F. Kavanagh and his wife, Sandy of Avondale; two sisters, Mary Ruth Hammond and her husband, William Forrest of West Grove; Peggy Sutton and her husband, Jim of Greenfield, MA; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Shirley Taylor.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 9-10 am on Friday, September 7, 2007 at Assumption Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 107 West Evergreen St., West Grove, PA 19390, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. Interment will be in Faggs Manor Cemetery, 505 Street Rd., (Rt.926) Cochranville, PA 19330.
