ROSALIE KAVANAGH BUNSELMEIER, a longtime High Springs, Fla. resident, passed away Monday, May 26, 2008 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, Fla. She operated the Cadillac Motel in High Springs with her late husband, Elmer A. Bunselmeier for many years, was a member of First United Methodist Church, a member of United Methodist Women, the High Springs New Century Woman's Club, the High Springs Garden Club, and a volunteer at the High Springs Library.

Survivors include: one son, Jim Bunselmeier of High Springs; one daughter, Judy L. Gilmore of Micanopy, Fla.; one brother, Ray Kavanagh; two sisters, Jeannie (Delphos) Goff and Nonie Wilgus, all of West Mansfield, Ohio; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2008 with the Rev. Alan Patz and the Rev. Gary Eldred officiating at Evans-Carter Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the High Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, May 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Evans-Carter Funeral Home in High Springs.
