Keith, Geneva "Sis" Garneta Age 74 of St. Andrews and formerly of Country Harbour passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, in St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Geneva was a daughter of the late Parker and Gloria (Gammon) Fenton. She worked at Bickerton Industries, sharing many laughs with her co-workers. Geneva loved spending time with her family and friends, cooking, baking, knitting, quilting, doing crafts, making puzzles, and her new SASHA family. Geneva is survived by son, Paul (Vickie), Port Bickerton; daughters, Sherry Keith, Antigonish, Gaynol Keith, New Glasgow; sister, Donna (Jim) Walker, Halifax; grandchildren, Gordon (Lyndsay), Kelsey Lenders (Junior Mansfield), Alyson Lenders, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Geneva was predeceased by her husband, Fred. Visitation will be held this evening from 6-9pm in G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour, with funeral service on Friday June 30, at 2 pm in Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Country Harbour, with Rev. Kristin MacKenzie officiating. Committal to follow in Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetery, Country Harbour. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made to Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Country Harbour or St. Martha’s Regional Hospital, Palliative Care Unit.
