Mrs. Carlson died Wednesday, July 8, 1998, at her home.
She was born Dec. 13, 1940, in Ozawkie, the daughter of Raymond and Maxine Scott Kelch.
Mrs. Carlson was a member of Lawrence Woman's Bowling Assn. for 27 years. She was also an active member of the ladies group at the Lawrence Athletic Club and the Racquet Ball Club.
She was a homemaker and a day-care provider.
She married Harold E. Carlson Sr. on Sept. 23, 1960. He survives of the home
Other survivors include her mother, Oskaloosa; a son, Skip Carlson, Lawrence; a daughter, Lynn Campbell, Wichita; a sister, Neota Heffner, Lawrence; three brothers, Don Kelch, Billy Kelch, and Jerry Joe Kelch, all of Lawrence, and four grandchildren.
