Mrs. Violet E. Bailey
Mrs. Violet E. Bailey, 63, resident of Port Huron nearly all her life, died Wednesday in her home, 4401 Howe road, after a long illness.
She is suvived by her husband, John L. Bailey; a son, Royal B. Bailey; a grandson, Jack L. Bailey; a granddaughter, Carol Sue Bailey; and a sister, Mrs. Myrtle M. Humphries, all of Port Huron; a brother, Earl Kelch, Detroit, and several nieces and nephews.
The remains are in the Albert A. Falk & Son mortuary, where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Mrs. Bailey was a charter member of South Park Baptist Church.
