Mrs. Madge Kelch, 58, of Moundsville, was killed early Saturday when a car-driven by her husband collided head-on with another driven by Lonnie Hinerman of near Moundsville. The accident occurred on W. Va. 2 near Moundsville. Kelch and Kinerman both were hospitalized with injuries.
