Mrs. Gertrude Vincent Keneston, 79, Louisville, died in Massena Memorial about 3:50 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 1970 where she had been a patient for one day.
She had been a resident at the Highland Nursing Home for about a month and was hospitalized about four times since January.
Mrs. Keneston was born in Burke on July 17, 1890, a daughter of Martin and Elizabeth Scott Vincent. She attended Burke schools and came to Massena and resided on Bayley Road for a number of years before moving to Louisville.
She made her home for the last 11 years with her daughter, Mrs. Blanche Flynn, Louisville.
She married James Burke in June 1909 in New York City. Mr. Burke died January 3, 1933. She married William Keneston in 1937 in Massena. He died February 20, 1949.
Surviving are one daughter; two sons, one stepdaughter; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
