Cumberland, MD - Linda Ann Keys, 63, of Cumberland, MD, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 29, 2015, at her home.
Born February 1, 1952, in Orlando, FL, Mrs. Keys was the daughter of the late Mae (Williams) Wright.
She was also preceded in death by her brother: Otis Tramel.
A homemaker, Linda was a member of the Welsh Baptist Church, Frostburg, MD. She was a Master Gardener through the University of Maryland, but she was always saying there is only One Master Gardener.
Linda is survived by her husband of 43 years: William E. Keys, Jr.; her son: William E. Keys, III, and wife, Cenessia, Lancaster, CA; and her daughters: Christiane Keys, Tampa, FL; and Crystal Robinson and her husband, Alexander, Fayetteville, NC. She also leaves behind her grandsons: Khalil Keys, Phoenix, AZ; Roman Robinson; Victor Robinson, both of Fayetteville, NC; and her granddaughter: Kiana Keys, Phoenix, AZ. Linda is also survived by her sisters: Mae Steger, Orlando, FL; Bernice Lett, San Bernardino, CA; Mary Jackson, Orlando, FL; and Odessa Trice, Winter Haven, FL; her brothers: Pinyoung Thompson and Willie Tramel, both of Orlando, FL; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD, on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
A funeral service will be conducted at the Welsh Memorial Baptist Church, Frostburg, MD, on Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Thomas Winborn officiating.
The family will also receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in Maryland Veterans Cemetery at Rocky Gap.
