KINKADE, ALBERT C.

Albert C. Kinkade, eldest son of J. T. Kinkade of this town, died at the Empire Hotel on Tuesday evening last of typhoid fever. He contracted the disease at Plymouth, Amador County (where he has been employed as foreman on the Plymouth Reporter) about five weeks ago. He was a young man of genial temperament, warm-hearted in his disposition, obliging in his manners, and, we believe, without an enemy in the world. He was, moreover, one of the most bright-witted journalists connected with the Interior Press of this state. His funeral took place from the Hall on Wednesday evening, and his remains were buried in the Odd Fellows' Cemetery. Peace to his ashes.

Per the Auburn Public Cemetery District office, there is no record of this person being buried in this cemetery. This cemetery is very old, the records are contained in an old hand-written ledger, and many of the graves do not have markers. They indicated this person may be buried there, they just don't have a record of it.
