Armen Kiam, Jr. passed away peacefully at his ranch, on November 26, 2012. Armen, known by his friends and family as "Jo Jo' was born in Fresno, CA on September 29, 1934.

Growing up in Calwa on the corner of Jensen and Chesnut Ave. Jo Jo attended Longfellow Elementary and Roosevelt High School. Before graduating he enlisted in the Army. He was on the front lines of the Korean War, and was a paratrooper. After being discharged he returned to Fresno to farm and take care of his family.

He enjoyed his pond with Canadian geese, flying his airplane, motorcycle racing, helping others and spending time with friends and family eating and drinking.

He is greatly loved by all and will be dearly missed.

Jo Jo was preceded in death by his mother and father, Rose and Armen "Brick" Kiramidjian Sr.; and sister, Shirley Munger.

Jo Jo is survived by his sisters, Betty Phillips and her husband Glen, Rose Lee Little and her husband Jerry; son, Donald Kiramidjian, Karlie Steinhauer Rust who he considered his daughter and her husband Jamie; companion, Kimberly McLay, a loving aunt and uncle, and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Sevice was held at The First Armenian Presbyterian Church, December 4, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.
